EXCHANGES AND REPAIR PROCEDURES
RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY
In order to best align with our sustainability practices, ARTICLE22 does not accept returns. Exchanges on sized items (rings and bangles) are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
1. Before sending out your package for exchange / repair, please email service@article22.com and include the following information:

2. Your Exchange/Repair Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made via email.
3. Your item must be returned within 5 days of receiving your RA#.
4. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
5. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RA#-exchange / RA#-repair very visibly on the outside of the package.
6. Exchanges / repairs will not be accepted without an RA# from ARTICLE22

ARTICLE 22 products are hand crafted. While all items are closely quality controlled, should your item not arrive in perfect condition, please email service@article22.com immediately and we can assist you. ARTICLE22 offers to coordinate repairs for up to six months after your purchase.
