All ARTICLE 22 products are subject to availability. While every effort will be made to display accurate stock information, there may be times where stock is depleted after an order has been purchased.
We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, supply only one part of an order or to divide orders for delivery.
Any items, prices, and services featured on ARTICLE22.com are subject to change at any time and without notice.
All product descriptions and specifications are approximate and provided for your convenience only.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
ARTICLE22.com automatically opts all checkout carts into Route Package Protection. This insurance protects your order from loss, theft, or damage in transit, and ensures we are able to refund or replace your items quickly if there are any shipping troubles. While we will always do our best to make sure you receive your order, ARTICLE22 cannot guarantee a replacement or refund if you choose to opt out of Route Package Protection
RATES
Prices displayed on the ARTICLE 22 website are quoted in US Dollars. While we do our best to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. Should there be a pricing error for your order, we will give you the options of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.
ARTICLE 22 accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Your credit card will be charged upon order confirmation.

SALES TAX
Tax is typically charged on orders being shipped within the U.S, appropriate to the zip code of your shipping address.
Taxes and duties for orders being shipped internationally will be charged at the time of import directly to the customer, and are not included in your invoice from ARTICLE 22.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
ARTICLE 22 orders generally ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email service@article22.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.
ARTICLE 22 cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please refer to ARTICLE 22’s return policy below if you wish to change an order after it has been processed.
If you are not completely satisfied with your ARTICLE 22 online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or a refund.
Sale merchandise are Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
All merchandise returned must be unworn and packaging intact.
We recommend packages be returned via traceable carrier and insured to the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/refunds are processed.
In case merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed.
We will refund your credit card for the purchase price of the merchandise minus shipping costs. We do not refund original or return shipping costs. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise.
We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Regular priced pieces can be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. All sale and custom engraved items are final.
TERMS FOR CUSTOM ENGRAVED, BESPOKE, AND MADE TO ORDER
Custom engraved items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Bespoke items made specially by customer request are not eligible for return or exchange.
Made to order pieces - items available for customization through gemstone finishing such as Birthstone Bangles - are available for exchange only. Under rare circumstances, made to order pieces may be returned with a 15% processing fee deducted from the return credit.
PROCESS FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REPAIRS
Regular priced pieces can be returned within 30 days for refund or exchange. All sale and custom engraved items are final.

2. Your Return Authorization number (RA#) will be emailed to you once we process your request; please allow up to 72 hours for processing. All requests for RA numbers must be made via email.
3. Your item must be returned within 5 days of receiving your RA#.
4. Print your confirmation email and include it with your package.
5. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible. Please write your RA#-return / RA#-exchange / RA#-repair very visibly on the outside of the package.
6. Returns / exchanges / repairs will not be accepted without an RA# from ARTICLE22

ARTICLE 22 products are hand crafted. While all items are closely quality controlled, should your item not arrive in perfect condition, please email service@article22.com immediately and we can assist you.
